IVAN Live from Asliomar
March 28 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm EDT
Announcing the Pre-ENC Zoom IVAN User Meeting on March 28th 2021, the Day Before This-year’s Virtual ENC
Join us Sunday from about 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM EDT for fun and prizes* as well as good talks!
We are all sad that we lost the Asilomar location for this year’s ENC because of COVID-19! That inspired Jon Webb (of MR Resources and Q.One Instruments) and those of us at IVAN to bring a little of Asilomar and some ENC hospitality on-line during the IVAN User Meeting.
Socialize with friends and colleagues during “lunch” with our Zoom “hospitality suites”! Let’s keep this informal and have fun with drawings for many prizes* throughout the meeting.
Join us at sunrise on Asilomar beach (6:45 AM in California, 9:45 AM in New York and 3:45 PM in Europe). There will be two approximate 2-hour sessions for talks (10:00 AM to about noon and 1:30 to 3:30 PM EDT). We will “break-out” to our Zoom hospitality suites for conversation and more prizes from 12:30 to 1:30 PM EDT.
*Prizes will be awarded by drawing after each talk! Look for your favorite Asilomar sites at each drawing! You must be registered and online in the meeting to win. Call out or raise “thumbs-up” when your name is called!
(pssst… what prizes might a vendor select when they do not have to pay for conference food?)
The IVAN user meeting as always is free and open to all NMR users of any vendors’ instruments (ENC registration is not required). Come and go from the meeting as you desire. You must be registered, online and respond at the time to win prizes. We have Zoom space for all!
