Quantitative NMR: beyond 1H spectra
March 24, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT
While quantitative 1H NMR has beeen well described and is routinely used for many applications, it also has limitations arising from the characteristic features of NMR spectroscopy: spectral crowding and low sensitivity. We will provide a perspective on recent evolutions of quantitative NMR that go beyond 1D 1H NMR. These include quantitative 2D NMR applied to complex mixtures, as well as recent developments in hyperpolarized quantitative NMR.
