The topic of our round-table workshop on November 20, 2025, was Tracking Real-Time Proline Hydroxylation in IDPs? Just Tune Your NMR.
Following post-translational modifications such as proline hydroxylation in intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) doesn’t have to be an ordeal. By harnessing 13C-direct detection combined with multi-receiver acquisition, we tracked Hypoxia-Inducible Factor (HIF1) proline hydroxylation in real-time, with high sensitivity and resolution —no reporters, no intermediates, just a clean direct observation.
